As 2025 comes to a close, I’m filled with gratitude for every couple who invited me to document one of the most important days of their lives. This year was overflowing with unforgettable celebrations — large and grand, small and intimate, and everything in between. Each wedding had its own personality, rhythm, and story to tell. Being trusted to capture the atmosphere, detail, emotion, and relationships at the heart of each day is something I’ll never take for granted.
This season started in a fun and exciting way — a destination wedding at the beautiful BallenIsles Country Club in Palm Beach, Florida. Warm sunlight, palm trees, an incredible couple, and welcoming families set the tone for what became another fulfilling year in my wedding photography career.
From there, it was back home to Northeast Ohio, where I spent the season photographing weddings at a wonderful mix of new locations and beloved favorites. I’m truly grateful to have worked at so many stunning venues, including but not limited to:
- The Reserve at Stone Creek (North Canton)
- Cleveland Museum of Natural History
- The Nature Center at Shaker Lakes (Shaker Heights)
- Hilton Downtown Canton
- Cleveland Cultural Gardens
- Akron Art Museum
- Tall Oaks East (Kirtland) and West (Sheffield)
- Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens (Akron)
- St. Clair Ballroom (Cleveland)
- The Historic Onesto Event Center (Canton)
- Shoreby Club (Cleveland)
- The Lantern Room (Cleveland)
- The Union Club (Cleveland)
- Himelright Lodge (Akron)
Each venue brought its own unique charm — from historic architecture, lakeside views, lush gardens, modern downtown backdrops, and intimate natural settings. No two celebrations were the same, and variety is one of the things I love most about photographing weddings in Northeast Ohio.
I was also incredibly fortunate to collaborate with some of the region’s top wedding planners and creative partners. A heartfelt thank-you to Tricia Dever of Always Eventful, Brandi Fisher of All Event Planned, and Mandy Hamlin of 212 Event Planning. Their professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail elevate every wedding experience — for couples and for vendors alike. Working alongside such talented teams makes each wedding day smoother, more enjoyable, and truly unforgettable.
Reflecting on this year, I’m reminded why I chose wedding photography in the first place because every celebration is an opportunity to create timeless images filled with joy, connection, and meaning. Whether I’m capturing a quiet moment between newlyweds, a heartfelt toast, a tearful parent, or energy on a packed dance floor, I’m always honored to be a storyteller behind the lens.
As I look ahead to 2026, I’m excited for another beautiful season of weddings across Northeast Ohio and beyond. If you’re recently engaged and searching for a wedding photographer who values genuine connection, emotional storytelling, and a seamless experience, I’d love to chat. My calendar is already filling up, and I can’t wait to meet the couples whose stories I’ll have the privilege of capturing next year.
Thank you to every couple, family, planner, vendor, and venue who made 2025 unforgettable. Here’s to more love, more celebrations, and more memories in the year ahead.
