Wedding FAQ

I am based in Hudson, Ohio and photograph weddings of all sizes in greater Akron, Canton, Cleveland and beyond. Weddings photographed outside of Northeast Ohio are subject to travel fees.

I’ve been a full-time professional photographer since 2002. During my career, I’ve photographed numerous portrait sessions, covered a variety of special events and documented 600-plus weddings.

I provide “photojournalistic” coverage throughout most the day, “traditional” photography during requested family/group photos, and “natural” portraits during time reserved for relaxed, creative images. My goal is to create authentic images that truly reflect your day.

Yes, I am always the lead photographer. However, an experienced associate photographer may be added to your wedding coverage.

I offer straight-forward A la Carte pricing. 8-hour coverage for 2023 weddings begins at $2,975. Time and options may be added. Please use the contact form to request complete pricing information.

I do not restrict or inflate the number of photos captured. I focus on capturing a meaningful collection of images. Proof sets range from 400 to 600-plus original images depending on the scope of your wedding and reserved coverage time.

Some images look best in color while others look best in black-and-white. While I choose how they are presented in my portfolio and on the blog, clients get color and black-and-white versions of each image delivered in their collection.

Wedding galleries will be available for online review approximately 4-6 weeks after the wedding. High-resolution files will be delivered shortly after the gallery has been posted.

It is best to contact me when you have confirmed your wedding date. Popular dates often book well in advance. A signed contract and retainer are required to secure services. The remaining balance of your coverage fee is due two weeks before the wedding day.

Absolutely. Prints and albums may be ordered at any time. Payment is due when products are ordered.
