And so the adventure begins (as the cake topper reads)! Chris and Olena’s wedding was a blend of tradition, emotion and celebration. The day started with preparation coverage at Hilton Cleveland Downtown. Clear skies, comfortable temperatures and a smart timeline fostered a relaxed vibe throughout the gorgeous summer day. The couple exchanged vows at Saint Andrew Ukrainian Catholic Church in Parma. I was thankful the kind priests granted me plenty of access to capture moments from several vantage points during the ceremony. Of course I was respectful of the proceedings. We made a quick stop at the Cleveland Cultural Gardens for relaxed portraits with the bridal part before heading to Nuevo on East 9th Street Pier for a reception with amazing views of the city skyline and Lake Erie.
