Julie and Alex travelled back to Cleveland from New York for their wedding at historic Severance Hall (home of The Cleveland Orchestra). Hugs, toasts and plenty of laughter highlighted the day from preparation to the last dance. Family and friends gathered for a formal ceremony in Severance’s amazing Grand Foyer. I’ve photographed several weddings at Severance through the years, and it continues to offer one of the most elegant atmospheres in the region. The venue is timeless and and always looks stunning, especially in black-and-white images. After the ceremony, the bridal party took a stroll across the street to Wade Lagoon for a few quick relaxed portraits. The celebration then continued back at Severance. Guests enjoyed an evening of dancing with music by the Grand Avenue Band (second week in a row I’ve had the pleasure of working along side this fun and talented group of musicians and singers).
